How your $500 deposit works, what to do if something arrives damaged, and what delivery costs to each metro area.
A $500 deposit secures your trailer. The deposit is refundable up until your trailer is ready for collection. Once your trailer is ready for collection, the deposit is no longer refundable.
Trailers and accessories are not returnable for change of mind once the balance is paid and the trailer has been collected or delivered.
Please inspect your trailer and any accessories at pick-up or delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of pick-up or transport delivery. Call 1300 798 100 or email sales@nttrailers.com.au with photos.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major fault you can choose a repair, replacement or refund. Warranty claims are handled under our warranty policy.
